India’s consumption, driven by affluence, accessibility, awareness, and attitude, reached Rs. 130–140 trillion in 2021. The country has the third-highest number of e-retail shoppers globally. E-commerce witnessed a remarkable 36.8% YoY growth, with online shoppers expected to reach 500 million in 2030 from 150 million in 2020. The digital economy is forecasted to touch $800 billion, and the E-Commerce market is expected to reach $350 billion in GMV by 2030.
